The  world has changed, and so have our fitness routines. If you miss the connection of group fitness, but don't feel ready to go back to the gym, WELCOME TO OG.BURN FITNESS.We will sweat, connect, and support one another, while still having the convenience and safety of being at home.

Over ten years ago, I was a stay at home mom, who had been overweight my entire life. Never athletic, and never someone who exercised, I was always yo-yoing and struggling with my health and fitness. One day I decided I had had enough, and group fitness changed my life.

I have worked for the best of the best in group fitness, taught for Stages Cycle, and am a proud two time lululemon Ambassador.
Get ready to be part of an inclusive, positive, fun, challenging, and incredible group.

Class Types

TABATA

Monday 10:15am-11:05am

Never. Miss. A. Monday. How hard can you go for 20 seconds? Combo of cardio, strength, and core. A fun, fast paced, metabolic conditioning class to start the week off RIGHT.

UPPER HARDCORE

Tuesday 7:45am-8:35am

A stimulating way to activate those muscles is through Strength Training. In this class we focus on the the upperbody and core. Every class is a little different to keep your mind and body guessing.

OG.BOOTY BURN

Thursday 9:45am-10:35am

Are you ready to transform your body? Butt, legs, and core will all be challenged through bodyweight, dumbbell, and resistance band work.

THE BUILD

Friday 8:30am-9:20am

Full. Body. Workout. Building from one move to the next, challenge yourself as you take one step closer to your goals with cardio, strength, and core work.

THE CLIMB/COOL THE BURN

Saturday 9:45-11am

Finish your week with the summit in your reach. Full body workout, followed by a relaxing yoga stretch and mediation. Treat yourself.
